Input:
arr1 = [2, 4, 6, 8, 10] arr2 = [1, 3, 5, 7, 9]
Output:
14

Input:
arr1 = [10, 14, 12, 11, 13]
arr2 = [17, 20, 16, 19, 15]
Output: 25

Explanation
In example 1, the pair which follow ab > ba are as:
25 > 52, 47 > 74, 69 > 96 and so on. We will continue this until we end with total of x sets.

In example 2, the pair which follow ab > ba are as:
1017 > 1710, 1120 > 2011, 1216 > 1612 and so on. We will continue this until we end with total of x sets."
